Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the ThinkView / EnChat team for your use of EnChat. By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
EnChat provides English speaking practice, AI conversation, expression coaching, shadowing comparison, mastery records, and related learning tools. The Services may combine Apple on-device capabilities with third-party cloud AI depending on your privacy mode, device, and network.
EnChat is a practice tool, not a language exam, medical, legal, immigration, employment, or other professional advice service. AI can be wrong; use your own judgment when evaluating practice content.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in learning content you submit. You grant us a necessary, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the Services, including allowing constrained third-party infrastructure to process it for AI features. We do not sell your learning content.
You may not use the Services unlawfully, to violate another person’s rights, defraud, harass, send malicious code, bypass quotas or security controls, reverse engineer the Services, or scrape them at scale. Do not upload personal information, confidential material, or credentials that you do not have the right to process.
Subscriptions, pricing, and renewal
EnChat may offer Free and Plus subscriptions. This website displays Plus prices in USD: $3.99 monthly or $27.99 annually; actual price, taxes, and availability are shown by Apple at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Apple App Store handles purchases, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds. Manage subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions; submit refund requests through Apple’s process. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
We may change future pricing or plan contents with notice required by Apple and applicable law.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. We may limit, suspend, or terminate parts of the Services for maintenance, security, abuse, legal requirements, or significant operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time; provisions that should survive termination will do so.
Intellectual property
The names, brands, interfaces, code, text, designs, and other materials in the Services belong to ThinkView or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them. We may use feedback you provide to improve the Services without payment to you.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that AI responses will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, or that practice will produce any exam, work, or other result. You decide whether to rely on any learning content.
To the extent permitted by law, ThinkView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. If we are required to accept liability, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; this limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or the law. The updated version will be posted here with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated in the app or by another reasonable method. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
